Andrea Respino

(Italy, 1976) lives and works in Turin.

In 2018 Respino has undertaken a solo career after a ten years collaboration with Davide Gennarino. As the duo Alis/Filliol they have had solo exhibitions at Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro, Milan, Italy (2017); Istituto Italiano di Cultura, Paris, France (2016); MEF Museo Ettore Fico, Turin, Italy (2015); GAM, Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, Turin, Italy, (2014); Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Turin, Italy (2013), among others. Their works have also been shown in several group exhibitions, including: Intuition, Palazzo Fortuny, Venice, Italy (2017); Être Chose, Centre international d’art et du paysage de Vassivière, Ile de Vassivière, France (2015); Codice Italia, Italian Pavilion 56th International Art Exhibition, Venice Biennale (2015) and Le Statue Calde. Scultura-corpo-azione 1945-2013, Museo Marino Marini, Florence, Italy (2014).
